What's the turnaround time?
Standard is 7 days from approved shot list. Most orders ship in 5. Same-day delivery available from the prerecorded library, and a +50% rush option is available for paid projects.
Can you film custom exercise videos for my app, gym or course?
Yes — custom fitness videos are the studio's core service. Send the exercise list (or a brief and I'll propose one), choose the background, outfit style, format and whether you want voiceover, and I film every movement with PT-correct form. Typical projects range from 20 to 500+ exercises for fitness apps, physiotherapy and rehab platforms, gyms, online courses and corporate wellness programs.
How does the pre-recorded exercise library work?
The library holds 2,000+ exercise videos already filmed in 4K — bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell, bands, chair and senior, yoga, Pilates and more, on white and lifestyle backgrounds. You browse the
online gallery, shortlist the exercises you need and send the list over; files are delivered the same day in horizontal or vertical format, with full commercial rights and no recurring licence fees. If something you need isn't there, it moves into a custom shoot.
Do you film cookware and kitchen products too?
Yes — Kitchen & Healthy Living is our second practice, same standards and pricing tiers as the fitness work. Studio-equipped for food styling, cooking demonstrations, multi-angle product shots, and lifestyle context. Particularly suited to health-positioned cookware (non-toxic ceramic, cast iron, stainless), air fryers, blenders, juicers, meal prep, and coffee/tea gear.
Who appears on camera in the videos?
Standard-tier projects feature Laura on camera — certified PT and the studio's primary talent. Premium-tier projects include audience-matched casting: we book the right model for your buyer (ages 8 to 70, multiple body types and demographics). Helpful for senior fitness, kids' products, men's wellness, prenatal, family wellness, and any brand whose audience doesn't match Laura's profile.
Do you include commercial rights?
Yes — full commercial rights are included on every paid project. You can use the videos on Amazon, your website, paid ads, social, or any other commercial channel, with no ongoing licensing or royalties, and no per-user or per-view fees. Library licences are non-exclusive; custom shoots can be exclusive on request. Likeness releases are signed for any hired models.
Can you shoot vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) at the same time?
Both formats are produced from a single shoot day at no extra charge. You receive both cuts so the same content runs across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Instagram without separate productions.
How does the retainer work?
You commit to a monthly video count (4, 8, or 15), pay a single monthly fee, and we agree the shot list at the start of each month. Unused videos roll forward 30 days. Pause anytime with 30 days notice.
Do you work with brands outside the UAE?
Most of our clients are US, UK, and European Amazon sellers. We deliver fully remote via cloud, accept payment in USD via Wise, and run shoots in Dubai. We can also coordinate location shoots in other GCC cities if needed.
Can you write a shot list for us?
Yes — included free for Growth and Enterprise retainer clients, and as a $150 add-on for one-off projects. We audit your top SKU, identify content gaps, and propose 10–20 videos before any production.
What's your payment policy?
50% to start, 50% on delivery for one-off projects. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payment via Wise, bank transfer, or major cards. UAE clients can pay in AED at the prevailing rate.
